Okra is highly nutritious and helps protect your body from illness.

🌱 Sowing & Germination
- Pre-treatment: Soak seeds in a bowl of water for 2 to 3 hours before planting.
- Sowing method: Plant seeds directly into their final pot or garden spot.
- No transplanting: You do not need to raise separate seedlings first.
- Seed covering: Cover the seeds with a layer of fine cocopeat.
- Sprouting trick: Cover the pot with a jute bag or dry grass to trap heat and speed up sprouting.
☀️ Sun & Climate
- Sunlight: Requires full, direct sunlight. It cannot tolerate shady areas.
- Temperature: Grows best in warm weather between 20°C and 35°C.
- Watering: Keep the soil constantly moist but never soggy or waterlogged. Do not let it dry out completely.
✂️ Harvesting for More Yield
- Frequent picking: Cut the okra pods regularly to encourage the plant to grow even more fruit.
