As of now we are shipping all our orders through India post throughout India. Once after shipping we are sharing the Order Tracking details to each customer. After two days of shipment, customer can track the order by visiting India post website: https://www.indiapost.gov.in/  inform us if it's not delivered after 5 working days so that we can follow up with postal services and update you the status.

If it's garden related queries:

If your seeds do not germinate, we will conduct our own tests in our garden to find the problem and once it confirmed we will refund the cost of the affected item. Please note that this process may take 12 to 15 days to verify and confirm the results. If seeds have problems, we will remove the item from our website until fresh stock available with us.

If its clothes related queries:

If you have any problems with clothes, we should be notified within 24 hours after receiving the parcel.

Parcel unpacking video is must for claiming damaged products. without unboxing video no claims are entertained. So please record video before unboxing the parcel and send it to us.
